LET’S MOVE!

Buddy Up Cardio & Core is a dynamic, upbeat, core-focused fitness class created for individuals with Down syndrome (ages 12+). Buddy Volunteers (ages 14+) work with Athletes to provide feedback, ensure safety, and guide proper technique.
